Outlined below is Snowlion Web’s development process, created to help our clients plan their web project. Our systematic process offers both creative flexibility and administrative control to ensure that all of your needs are met. We want you to have a full understanding of how your project will progress through its various stages, from inception to completion. A structured plan is essential in order to keep costs at a minimum and productivity at a maximum.

1
Free Consultation & Proposal Development

Free Consultation

Snowlion Web offers interested parties a free half hour consultation about their project. We will contact you and discuss your project needs, scope and budget. This consultation can be conducted at our office, your office or over the phone.

In addition, we will answer any questions you may have. Generally, this is the phase in which most of the groundwork is laid out for your website. With your approval we will then move on to developing a proposal.

Proposal Development

With enough data collected we can create a proposal which includes creating a specific project agenda, deliverable timeline, and preparation of an affordable quote. Depending on the project's size and scope, we may also design a mock-up and layout of your web site.

All parts of our proposal - design, timeline and cost - will be discussed. We would like as much feedback on the proposal as possible. Additional meetings may be necessary to make sure our proposal fully meets your needs. When you verbally accept the proposal, the formal contract will be created. From this point forward we invite you to provide as much input as you desire. The more input we have from you, the better the web site will be.

2
Contract & Project Development

Contract

Following your acceptance of the project, we will draw up a formal contract for both parties to sign. We will discuss the contract with you and amend it, if necessary, prior to signing. Upon your acceptance of the contract a 30% deposit of the total contract cost is requested.

Project Development

Development is the longest and most important stage of the process. Constant contact with you is essential. A project manager will be assigned and will be your main point of contact with Snowlion Web. We will provide you with periodic updates on the progress of your site. If it is determined that additional services are needed outside of the contract, we will discuss these with you and provide a quote for the cost of those services. Our goal is to never leave a client unsatisfied.

3
Approval & Deployment

Approval

Your web site will be tested against the criteria of the contract and also for functionality. We will then submit the web site to you for approval. Once the site is approved, we will move on to our final stage.

Deployment

Upon final approval, the balance of the contract cost is due and payable in full. Snowlion Web will then launch your site and perform any other service that you would like, for example, search engine listing. Even after the final payment is received, the communication channels will always remain open between Snowlion Web and you.

Tom Juliano:

Snowlion Web created an excellent Facebook application for us. Friendly, easy to work with, flexible with our needs, gave great advice, and made sure they didn't stop until we were 100% satisfied. We plan on using them again!
